Our working process
As a business facilitator, our primary objective is to establish a mutually beneficial partnership between buyers and sellers in order to successfully close deals. Hence, it is essential for both buyers and sellers to adhere to the following steps:
We, HN BUSINESS CONNECTOR, will find suppliers to meet Buyer’s requirements
Seller returns a Sale Offer or Sale Contract
Notes: Seller/Exporter must show export permit certificate if products require an export permit.
Both Buyer and Seller negotiate terms in Sale contract until both parties are satisfied.
Seller sends samples to Buyer or Buyer visits supplier’s factory and meet in person if required to make final decision.
Buyer and Seller sign to the sale contract and commission agreement to HN BUSINESS CONNECTOR
Buyer arranges deposit to Seller and commission payment to HN BUSINESS CONNECTOR
Seller arranges production as scheduled in sale contract
Buyer receive a SGS’s report for bulk products to ensure Seller follows terms and conditions in sale contract.
Seller arranges the balance payment to Seller after goods are finished loading to containers with lead clamp and SGS’s report is approved by Buyer.
Seller hand over shipping docs to Buyer (FOB terms) and complete the deal.
Shipping docs include:
- Bill of Lading
- Commercial Invoice
- Packing List
- SGS’s report or a third party QA report
- Other docs relate to shipment
Buyer can appoint a custom broker to do custom clearance and local delivery their shipment or HN CONNECTOR will handle this to Buyer.
HN BUSINESS CONNECTOR will support both Buyer and Seller after sale any question to keep a long-term business each other.
